Our engineering department is equipped with a computer network provided with sophisticated calculation and design programs, also and workstations for ast generation three-dimensional art graphics resolution. SDS/2 is the only product with intelligence built into the design of the connections automatically, using a 3D model with lots of options of beams, columns and braces. 14 owned SDS/2 licenses give us the power to do the job.
Our industrial plant has 12,800 m2 of which 12,200 m2 are fully covered. The workplace is assisted by 17 cranes ranging from 5 to 14 tonnes, which allows seamless transfer of all components in the manufacturing process, at the time having a 23m wide heavy crane been settled on the shunting yard, 10TT hook and 12 meters of clearance. The flat-rolled enter the plant and are processed with CNC plasma HYPERTEN 260 12 meters long and 3 meters wide with a cutting capacity of 2 inches and a multiple pantograph Messer CNC with similar dimensions, allowing the component achieved to be then cut, bent, drilled or punched as appropriate, with high-capacity and speed equipments.
There are three Esab automatic welding production lines, with FSAW or SAW systems that can achieve components up to 2 meters high and 18 meters long, without weight limits.
We have equipment for processing sheets, as follows: a saw for rolled steel sections Franho, two multiple CNC drilling lines Ficep, two P81 CNC Ficep machines for punching and perforating plates, a Durma CNC guillotine, a 6m Diamint folder, a multiple plates Ficep cutter, an angles processor Anglemaster Peddinghaus and a similar new one with higher capacity, Ficep model A164, all of which can process A572 grade 70 steel, up to 6 inches. 14 component placement and 14 welding stations, all this components allow to ensure the continuous flow of finished structures.
We have recently acquired a combined 3-heads drilling equipment with automatic tool change and tandem saw, this is the first Ficep CNC equipment with those characteristics in Argentina. All of the structures that are manufactured in our plant go through two blasting CyM tunnels, one with 4 continuous turbines and other for special parts with a 160m3 capacity, ensuring optimal quality paint coatings for each and every one of the projects requirements.
To ensure this flow we have an automated painting and heating booth with 26 meters long and 14 meters width, with continuous parts movement. For the manufacture of the cover panels, we have a CNC Knudson forming with a permanent stock of 22 gauge galvanized steel coils.
Finally, we have introduced a NEW VERTICAL SHAPING PROFILE EQUIPMENT, which greatly speeds up production and allows the construction of sections up to 180 cm high.
